We love the challenges of guiding the evolution of our wine program. The relentless commitment to excellence by our kitchen demands that we nurture the growth of a purposeful and wisely selected wine list to complement our food.
Our wine list has been developed with approachability always in mind. Although many prestigious labels reside within our compilation, the focus has been towards diversity of origin and ease of use. Attention has also been paid to our selection of half bottles, in an effort to create even more wine and food-pairing options.
Of course, a carefully selected wine list is nothing without proper storage. Our “Wall of Wine” is temperature controlled by a custom-designed refrigeration system, with the backside cooling vents gently pushing conditioned air over the bottles. This allows for less than a one per cent temperature variance in any cubicle, ensuring the protection and optimal serving temperature for every bottle.
